The villa has a surface area of almost 100 square meters, plus outdoor spaces, all of which are well-organized. It is all on one floor and boasts pleasant spaces and environments. It enjoys MAXIMUM PRIVACY with no adjoining tall buildings (a rarity in Lanzarote) and is RAISED above street level. From the outside, it is not possible to see inside, either the pool area or the house, as the perimeter wall blocks the view. On the other hand, being raised, it enjoys a wide view, ensuring a spacious and extremely pleasant environment.
Pool & Outdoor Area
The villa has a 20-square-meter pool that is available all year round. It enjoys the sun from mid-morning until sunset.

The second bedroom features a double bed measuring 160x200 cm, double pillows, a window, individual comfortable duvets for each person, nightstands, lamps, and a large three-door wardrobe with shelves and hangers.
Third Bedroom
The third bedroom with a window features a double bed measuring 160x200 cm, double pillows, individual comfortable duvets for each person, a lamp, and a large three-door wardrobe with shelves and hangers.
The Living Room
The spacious LIVING ROOM is characterized by two large windows with double exposure (one to the terrace/pool and one to the Canary garden) that provide a pleasant breeze. Television (HDMI input), two sofas, one armchair, an extendable dining table with six chairs.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is complete and habitable, with a door and window, four burners and hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine (DolceGusto), kettle, fridge, freezer, set of glasses for: water, drinks, wine, and coffee, set of cutlery and kitchen utensils, set of pots and colanders, plates: deep, flat, saucers, bowls, mugs, and fire extinguisher. The washing machine is located in the back of the house.

The master bathroom has direct access from the bedroom and is equipped with a double marble sink, toilet, shower, and hair dryer.
